July 28, 2015I have lived here quite a while for the most part it is very quite beautiful beach breeze town homes are very nice and spacious price is by far the most competitive for the location beautiful grassy common areas pet friendly.Not kid friendly management is horrible this is pretty much the only downfall I could go on and on about the manager but would rather keep it classy they are very hard to deal with and impossible to please so be aware before you move in.Review from Apartments.com
