I had to call 911 several times. There's been times when people were ODing in the back and PD/EMS arrived on scene to revive them. In the back neighbors are constantly letting large groups of homeless squat in their apartments and fights happen. Windows get broken. Things get throw. 911 records can back this up. Theres constantly homeless people squatting in all parts of the back of complex at night. Nothing gets done about it. Other than a great location I would not recommend this complex whatsover. The area is very dangerous at night time and $1600 for a 1 bedroom apartment is at least $250 per month over the area average. Lastly, calling the rental office and getting someone other than the maintenance man to answer on his line is almost impossible to do. Most of the time the automated switchboard will not even connect you! This is an honest assessment of the place!

They also, when my lease came up in Feb. 2021, refused to provide me a copy of my new lease, and asked me to sign what appeared to be the last page of someone else's lease. I still do not have a lease, six months later, and have been paying month-to-month. Do not rent from here unless you are truly desperate.
