A Place To Call Home

It is modern, cozy,,comfortable, peaceful, extremely quiet, and a very safe environment. The landlord is above exceptional and prompt at all that she does. June 10, 2025I have lived here for 2 years & lived across the street at 132 N sycamore as well. (same owners) EVERY concern I have had, has been addressed promptly and appropriately. it’s been very quiet for apartment living. Everything is all within 15 minutes of driving whether you’re going to petersburg or colonial heights. Quiet and Well Maintained Property in a Great Neighborhood
March 5, 2025I have been so pleased with my experience living in this exceptionally quiet and well maintained property in a fantastic area. My loft apartment is lovely with ample storage, and the building is clean and secure. Communication from management has been excellent with plenty of notice given should the unit need to be accessed for service. The parking lot is well lit, and I have felt entirely safe there. Because the building is within easy walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, salons, and ...other amenities, I often go days without the need or desire to drive to other areas.
