The building manager and staff are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. The location is hard to beat - right across the street from the capitol complex and only a few blocks from dining and entertainment. The building itself is very secure, quiet, and charming with friendly residents! The loft units are very unique with high ceilings and windows, in-unit laundry, and thick walls between ...units. The location is perfect with easy availability to green space on the Capitol grounds, or Riverfront Park or City Island. My apartment is a decent size with huge windows & a large walk-in closet. Noise from neighbors is not an issue. However, if you are not accustomed to city life the sounds of traffic, emergency vehicles or construction can be inconvenient ...sometimes. The property manager & maint staff are very attentive to resident inquires or maint requests.
