Happy to Stay!
September 24, 2025Not every day anywhere is perfect, but this community has improved greatly and the staff here(in my experience) are usually quick to respond and easy to engage with. Grounds are cleaner and more manicured and it's a fairly quiet and lovely community! Also, my recent lease renewal process - I'm staying another year, was flawless.Property Manager Responded

Extremely Disappointed with Maintenance Response and Communication
September 12, 2025I rarely leave reviews, but after months of waiting with no resolution, I feel it’s important to share my experience. I submitted maintenance requests for tub resurfacing and carpet shampoo nearly three months ago, shortly after renewing my lease for another year. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response from the leasing manager. More recently, I raised concerns about duct cleaning, which is now impacting my health, and again — no acknowledgment or action has been taken. I ...have made several attempts to get a simple update or schedule a meeting, but meaningful communication has been completely lacking. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy — even not responding to emails — is unacceptable, especially when health concerns are involved. Tenants deserve timely communication and accountability, neither of which I have experienced here. I sincerely hope this review encourages management to take residents concerns more seriously. To any future tenants considering this community — please think twice. I use to love living here but it has changed!
October 5, 2024I’ve admired Old Farm Apartments since 2015, often passing by and dreaming of living here. In 2020, I finally moved in, but I’ve stayed more out of convenience than satisfaction. Unfortunately, the building has declined over the years (despite some efforts to improve), but the management's services fall short in many areas. For example, they charge $65 a month for unreliable internet, which forces me to pay for a separate, more affordable service to work from home without constant ...disruptions. They also charge $40 a month for trash pickup—something I could easily manage myself—but they refuse to remove it from the lease agreement. It feels like they’re more interested in profit than providing quality service. They stop giving you courtesy services such as cleaning your carpet or touching up the paint when you renew your lease. My recent conversation with the leasing office only confirmed this, as I learned they’ve raised late fees to 10%, despite my four years of loyalty as a tenant. Emergencies? They show no empathy or flexibility. Whether it’s an internet outage, a hurricane, or a personal crisis, you're treated as just another rent check to them. After enduring this treatment for so long, I’ve decided enough is enough. When my lease ends in July 2025, I’ll be moving on to a place that actually values its tenants.Property Manager Responded

Internet connectivity Issue and Pool closed mostly
June 27, 2024Most of the IT team members are work from home. So internet connection should be good but here monthly four times we are facing this issue, but from apartment side they are forcing us to take aerwave connection eventhough we are not interested . Most of the time Pool was closed, saying some of the residents are not following the rules because of that who are all following up the rules they are affected they should find alternatives way to punish or remove Pool access for them alone. Cockroaches, disrespect, scam

Worst Place to live
November 30, 2021First of all, I honestly don’t understand how Old Farm is almost 5 stars. I believe that the management is the one commenting because believe me, nobody would give not even 3 stars to this apt complex. The management is very rude and unprofessional. They simply don’t care about the property. The only clean place will be the office and the entrance because is the first look people will have, but once you start going into the buildings you will see that the floors are super dirty. Also, there is ...roaches infestation and crimes going on inside Old Farm, check the news. And I’m writing this review especially because besides all of that they are not giving me my deposit back. horrible management, waste of money.
March 10, 2021I was in the process of moving into this apartments earlier this year. I didn’t hear back from them until i called them several times to verify everything was still ok for me to move in. I spoke with them the weekend prior to the move in day and I was assured the apartment was going to be ready. They wanted me to sign the lease before seeing the unit, I told them I would not sign anything until I inspected the unit. I called for further information on the move in day only to find out the ...apartment was not ready. They offered a smaller apartment or the asked if I could wait 2 more days. Finally 2 days later when everything was supposed to be ready, I checked out the unit and it was not what I expected. The unit was supposed to be a partial upgrade. The cabinets were dirty and untouched. The bathroom sink was broken and the bathtub had a nasty yellow tint. There were also several small roaches in the kitchen. When I complained they showed me another unit that was an upgrade but they wanted $100 more per month and the unit was not that much nicer. I am not happy with the way they conduct their business. I decided not to move into this place. I lost money paying movers and their application fees.
