one of the worst places I've lived in DSM. Constant weed and other drug activity, loud neighbors blasting music late into the night, general low upkeep of the apartments and the inside of the buildings. Management is nice enough, but apathetic and the maintenance workers are also nice and try their best, but don't seem to have a lot of support from Management. worth the money you pay. When I moved in I was told this was a non smoking complex only to discover that tenants can smoke whatever they want in their apartments, but not in the building hallways. If that sounds great to you, then this place is right up your alley. If you're looking for a safe and healthy place to live, I would look elsewhere.
