Cozy Apartments in a nice area
March 23, 2021We rent a 1bd apartment that is very spacious and includes a balcony porch. The floors have clean carpeting and the kitchen has a nice bar area connected to the kitchen. Maintenance staff is always on call and shows up in a timely manner and is very nice. Kim the property manager is very nice and easy to talk to about problems and concerns. Great place to live especially if you work around niagara falls boulevard or anywhere on sheridan or elmwood.Review from Apartments.com
Convenient Location
March 22, 2021I lived at New Sheridan Drive Apartments - managed by MJ Peterson. Both Olde Towne and New Sheridan are serviced by the same property manager. The manager is quite responsive in addressing concerns. While the apartment is not brand new, it is generally clean and nice and it is quite close to Walmart and Wegmans. Work orders are easy to place and contractors are quite quick to respond. Based on personal experience, the neighbors at the complex are generally non-problematic.Review from Apartments.com

Amazing Living Space
January 26, 2021I would like to say that in all the places I have lived previously this is the most amazing environment to be in. The staff is wonderful getting me acquainted with the area and any issues I needed fixed were handled in a timely fashion with minimal to no delay. The maintenance worker has been a huge asset in assuring any issues I need fixed was done thoroughly and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to live!Review from Apartments.com

The property staff here are kind and quick to help when any problems arise, and for apartment issues the maintenance staff are dependable and always do a wonderful job.
