Lots of noise/walls are thin but nice amenities. There's a coffee shop connected to the building which is nice for residents. There's a lot of common areas downstairs to study and hangout with others.

Everything has been great so far I really enjoy living here so far! They hired movers to help
with the move in experience which is so helpful. Some other things I enjoy are the amenities such as the gym, pool, sauna, and all the restaurants attached. Super excited for the school year.

The apartment is pretty nice. I’ve had an enjoyable experience so far. It’s a 2-bedroom apartment with spacious rooms and modern amenities. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location. Minor issues with the floorboards.

I had an early move in at the end of July. This apartment complex is amazing. It has every amenity you can think of, and I am so excited this will be my home during the 2024-2025 academic school year.
The apartment itself has a great view looking over State Street. I love that is was fully furnished and I did not have to worry about bringing a bed, couch, etc. And it has the washer and drying right in the apartment which is so convenient. It is truly an awesome complex!
