It's not really the complexes fault since Upland PD told us that this a huge problem in Upland right now with cars being stolen from all over the city. The ladies in the office were very apologetic, but I really wish they had security cameras installed in the carport and parking areas. We just signed another lease for another year and have been happy here and recommend this complex to friends at family. BTW you can have pets but the deposit and pet rent is very high, also comes with a fridge.
