    Beautiful property. Quiet neighborhood and good location. Staff is exceptional. All the office ladys are wonderful and make you feel important and truly at home in the community. They do what they say they're going to do and are always very timely with communication. They definitely go above and beyond for their residents. Maintenance staff is professional, friendly, and respectful. Haven't had any issues here so far or needed much from maintenance other than an air filter. I couldn't be happier ...

    This apartment complex does not care about their tenants, we are paying their checks and we get poor, poor service. The office can't seem to answer the phones even though there are 4 full time workers, yet the phone always goes unanswered. The maintenance staff seems to not have a clue how to fix something that's when they bother to show up, when they do they maybe fix it (usually takes 2 trips to fix their error) they leave a huge mess. Dogs barking all the time, no parking anywhere and kids ...

    I moved in during covid. apparently the wrong thing.to do. i submitted request to fix something and management said it does not need to be fixed. i talk to my neighbors and they say the last 4 people with apartment before me stated management wouldn't fix same problem. so i am paying full price for apartment that is not worth it. Once I made an appt for maintenance to come out to fix something they cannot even show up. cost me time off work. Also if you want a parking space here you have to pay ...
    for it. i think thats ridiculous. You shouldn't have to pay extra to be able to park in front of your own apartment. I call management to discuss issues and they do not answer the phone and there is no voicemail. keeps ringing and ringing. If you want a nice stress free place to live its not here.     Want to be close to the mall and where it is easy to get anywhere quickly? This is the place for you. This apartment is probably the perfect place whether you have to go to Pasco, Richland or the other side of Kennewick. The apartments are spacious and they are remodeling and updating them.
