July 23, 2025Good location, it is near work so that is convenient. Amenities are always clean. The dart station is right outside the main entrance so transportation is convenient . The only issue might be safety outside the building but that’s pretty much all downtown.Review from Apartments.com

May 26, 2025The apartment itself, the building amenities, the Manager Mikayla, the maintenance crew, and the concierge are all AMAZING!! The elevators not working a big percentage of the time and the crime increase in this area are the only two “issues” I’ve experienced since I moved in.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2025No elevators, no amenities, no activities. There is no support for the amount of rent and the amenity over-charges. Our floor and elevators smell like pot. This is as bad as the Mosaic.Property Manager Responded
