Great location and friendly staff

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I really highly recommend this place. To start, it’s extremely close to downtown, Syracuse University, and the hospitals. That being said, it doesn’t FEEL downtown. The street is lined with trees and there’s a park right outside the building with a great coffee shop right nearby.

is completely updated and basically flawless. I only had one issue with the microwave in my 5 years and when they couldn’t figure out what was wrong they just bought me a new one! Very timely too. The only downside to my unit is that the walk in closet is literally the only closet. Not a huge deal but you have to get creative with your storage. Each floor does have a communal storage room as well.
The staff are extremely friendly (some even live in the building) and respond extremely quickly if you need something. The building itself is well maintained and it’s a very quiet environment. The walls between apartments are extremely thick so you never hear your neighbors.
The owner also just installed two electric car charging stations (free!) so that’s a plus if you own that type of car.
Overall I recommend this place extremely highly. You won’t be disappointed. I definitely wasn’t.
