Incredible location, Outstanding staff, Extremely well maintained building!
December 14, 2023My wife and I have lived at 119 S Main for the last 10 months and moved from Nashville. This location is fabulous for the walkability to downtown Naperville venues, taking walks along the river and enjoying the many festivals and events in town. The building manager, Haley is very professional and friendly. Anytime we have had a maintenance request it has been taken care of the same day and the maintenance staff is also professional and friendly. The building is very well maintained, always ...kept up and the common areas cleaned regularly! If you're looking to be in town Naperville, this is the place!!Property Manager Responded

Noise issues though unsure anything can be done.
June 2, 2023A handful of the residents here will wince at you if you’re a new resident and you live on the side of the building that faces S Main St. and faces Potters. Nightly— on weekends especially— you can expect live music from Potters to rattle your windows until 1:30AM on Friday and Saturday. It usually starts anywhere between 7-7:30pm. Because this is a commercial area, they don’t have to abide by any residential noise policies. I’m shocked One Nineteen management hasn’t presented any suggestions ...or ideas to make the apartments more noise isolating. Even with headphones on I can still hear the beat of drums and guitar strumming. I’m totally fine with the regular downtown noises— people, cara, traffic. But loud music through amplifiers that I can both hear and feel through my windows? Definitely not. The location is great but if you’re sensitive to noise and are easily woken up or kept up by it, do not take an apartment facing Potters/S Main St.Property Manager Responded

Great Location and Management
May 1, 2023I have been at One Nineteen on Main for over 2 yrs in both a 1 and 2 bedroom unit. There are no Luxury Apartment Complex in a better location in or near downtown Naperville. The pricing is super competitive. The building is well maintained, maintenance is usually at your door same or next day. Haley the Property Manager has always gone over and above to make sure all our needs were met. If you're looking in the Downtown Naperville area do yourself a favor and at least check out the property.Review from Apartments.com
On my 3rd year
April 18, 2023So incredibly convenient. I rarely need a car and have friends, clients, and family meet me at one of the dozens of nearby restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. They drive and I walk. The Riverwalk is a morning routine with my dog and she also loves living here. All good interactions with management, too. They’ve been caring and attentive. March 8, 2023I’ve lived here for almost one year and I have nothing but great things to say about the community at One Nineteen on Main. You can't beat the location. There are plenty of things to do in the area and it's so convenient being near the train station. The building is modern and well maintained. My neighbors are friendly, quiet, and considerate. The building manager, Haley, is incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way possible. I love how she puts together events every month!
