I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE AT NODA PARK ONE!!! The ladies at the leasing office are amazingly kind, resourceful, funny, and a delight to see when you walk into the building. Being new to the area, I needed all the help for maintenance, and they pointed me in all the right directions! I waited to leave this review until the Meridian Nail SPA(located DOWNSTAIRS, attached to the building!) opened, and that was the cherry on top!! My apartment is so cozy, great location, and I am loving the Events ...
held for tenants to network and get to know their neighbors. I also appreciate the building being lived in. I see people at the pool and courtyard playing music and enjoying life The only downside is that some people do NOT care for their fur babies as best as they should, leaving puddles and packages in the most random places
