February 9, 2025As soon as I walked in,I't didnt take long to realize this place was truly a step up from the previous apartments I visited. I was greeted immediatley by both the staff & a few of the people living there. Both of the Johns that work here were more then helpful! They both made the whole move in experience so easy. From the valet service to the maintenance guys I was greeted immediatley, and that really just made me feel at home.That was important to me. This is truly Luxury living! My apartment ...has a straight view of the bay! I looked all over, but this is the only place that has this type of view. There's a church right in front that is only a story high.So, all the apts. that face the Palm road have unobstructed views of the bay. It truly is spectacular! I'm soooooo excited!! Can you tell:)!! Your a few steps away from Marina Jack,one block from Main street!! I really don't even need a car at this point. If your looking for a place that's truly downtown close to stores,restaurants,etc. this is it!! 8th floor pool with outside bar! To me it is the hidden gym I was looking for!!Property Manager Responded

Incredible experience
December 10, 2022Living here at One Palm has been a delight from the moment we moved in. John, the building manager did everything and more to make our transition comfortable and efficient. He is one of the best building managers we have ever met in all our years of apartment living. Jerry the superintendent and general help for everything we need is reliable, pleasant, and very efficient and we are all lucky to have him on staff here.
