February 6, 2024Pros 1) The amenities are great, I have 2 daughters and a dog. Love the dog park year round. As for the pools, they are well kept up with, and my daughters love swimming there in the summer! 2) Office staff is very nice & will work with you if you communicate on rent 3) Property is kept up with very well & maintenance is very responsive. Cons 1) Some of the dog bags aren’t refilled all the time, so you might have to call the office and let them know. 2) Lighting is kind of dark by my building at ...night. 3) I tried to use flex pay once, and it gave me a lot of issues, no fault of the office staff but I do wish there was a better system for installment payments towards rent.Property Manager Responded

February 6, 2024I enjoyed living here . The pool and the tennis court was my favorite part. I love the layout of the apartments they are very spacious and homey no matter what unit . I can’t forget about leasing agent Marissa , I’ve heard a lot of my neighbors feel the same way . She is very sweet and very understanding: although im moving soon she made my first apartment experience very enjoyable .Property Manager Responded

Lovely propety
January 23, 2024I toured here about a year ago, wasn't able to move until now for personal reasons. But I was glad to see that the property has made some great improvements, and I am very excited to start another year here. I moved in a couple of months ago to accommodate for my daughter's school zone... and we absolutely love it. Roxanna and Marissa have been very helpful to me since day 1.
