    I would recommend it for its amenities and service staff. I would caution people that it gets a little sketchy in the area on the weekends - especially on sundays. The bad crowd drives poeple away. There have been gunshots in the area so it’s not as safe.

    Absolutely love this building. Recently moved from Miami and after looking at lot of buildings in the area, decided to call OneUptown home. The rooftop pool and amenities are amazing and help me feel like I’m still in Miami. The dog park is awesome for when you want to take the dog out quickly to do their business without having to go to the street. The staff here are what truly make this building as special as it is. Everyone is the leasing office was super helpful, especially Kacey & Misty!. ...
    They were so welcoming and helpful every step of the way. They really made the whole process friction-less. The concierge’s, Dan and Jose have been so helpful providing recommendation’s and guidance on the area as I moved from another state. They provide such a high level of service you feel at home immediately and they provide the level of service you would expect from a luxury hotel.
