this place has gone down the drain
June 8, 2024everything here is always broken these days. something is always leaking. this building is fairly new and is already falling apart. water is shut off all the time , ceilings are always leaking , and worst of all the ac is now broken when it is finally getting hot. they won’t let you turn down the thermostat below 70 otherwise the roof and rooms leak. how is that luxurious at all. i’ve live here for three years and cannot wait for my lease to end.Property Manager Responded

Security was stripped to cut costs

Showed up and the garages were locked (I was told to park there) parked across the street and was told my parking was going to be 30 dollars, and showed up to my appointment and the building was completely empty. I even asked some of the residents coming off the elevator if there was anyone there I could speak to and they said they had no idea where they were.Review from Apartments.com
