August 22, 2025I love all of the many wide varieties of things to do from relaxing in the pool, to sitting on a bench outside and reading or the fireplace inside. I love the designs of all the different recreational areas and they are relaxing and beautiful. There's a place for everyone here, if you want to be around people you can, hang out and drink coffee or tea and chat or read, draw, write or brainstorm and you'd rather be alone and still enjoy the outdoors, there's a lot of places you can tuck yourself ...away or find a quiet room. If you'd rather hit the gym well you can choose from three different places inside or outside. This is one of the best places I have lived so far. The apartment needs to fix the security doors all around the place and the parking garage. It's pet friendly and they also have a bathing station for your dog and a play area. There's a lot of variety of places nearby to shop and eat also.Property Manager Responded

August 10, 2025Ramune was the only one in the office when I moved in; however, she politely and patiently managed the high volume of people coming into the leasing office. The property is good, with easy access to lots of things, and it’s really quiet and I like that.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2025From the moment I toured Opal Central with Sierra, I knew this was the right place for me. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed right away. Every question I had was answered with care, and she made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. Move-in was just as easy. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about residents—communication has been great, and any small requests I’ve had were handled ...promptly. I’m really impressed with how organized and responsive the management team is. The community itself is beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained. July 20, 2025Everything has been smooth so far. Can’t complain. Amenities are amazing and my new apartment had very little flaws. My biggest thing is bugs, and opal does a good job with the pest control and I haven’t seen any roaches or any bugs anywhere so far. Trash room smells terrible but that’s the case with every building. Thank you opal for making my first apartment one I’ll never forget.Review from Apartments.com
High Crime, Break Ins, Negligent Management
July 5, 2022Update - Renters Beware - high crime, break ins, negligent management I have lived here since Oct. 2021. It was great at first but steep decline after new management company took over. Gated garage under maintenance a lot of the time so gate is often open. Multiple car break ins and mine was one of them. Management apologized but didn’t do anything about it.
