Management Office: 131 Dogwood Road, West Haven CT Applications will not meet approval criteria if any of the following apply: Unfavorable credit report, unfavorable rental references, reasonable doubt as to the ability to pay rent satisfactorily (Household's gross monthly income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent) or an arrest and/or conviction history. Applicants with a drug related or non-violent felony conviction within the last seven years will not be eligible for approval. Applicants with an eviction within the last seven years will not be eligible for approval. There will be no time limit, and applicants will automatically be rejected with the following: 1) Applicants with a sex offender conviction or inclusion on the Sex Offender Registry; 2) Applicants with a violent felony conviction, such as murder, manslaughter, assault, kidnapping, rape, robbery, or any offense that includes a weapon charge. Our policy for resident selection and screening is established to evaluate the applicant's ability to comply with the terms and conditions of our lease agreement if the application is approved. Not the Best
April 1, 2024Property Management quit with no notification to tenants. Visitor parking is not allowed without a pass. There should be designated visitor parking without having to obtain a pass. Now passes can only be obtained on Tuesday's when the coverage is in the office. Door to the apartment is very old and requires multiple safety locks from the inside to ensure safety. The outside doors are not locked allowing anyone to come in at any time.Review from Apartments.com

March 3, 2023Do not move here the buildings are horrible , before you move in they tell you they’re gonna fix the hallways and everything still the same !! They have all these rules like quiet time they want you to be quiet in your own home from 10 pm to 9am like you’re living in luxury apartments !! I have children and from time to time my children make noise ! They call it excessive noise and try and charge you money for it ! It’s just a joke and funny ! Don’t waste your time !
