February 24, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been living at Orange Terrace Apartments for 5 months and I’ve been really confortable in this space. The apartments are cozy -good for a single person or a couple. I live on the 3rd floor and I have not been bothered by excessive noise. I think the courtyard is pretty and well-maintained. We have a manager on-site who is very approachable and does his best to keep the facilities running as well as create little social events for the tenants to build community. My favorite thing is how ...pet-friendly the facility and tenants are; almost everyone has a pet. My biggest complaint is the parking. First, the property manager Jonathan, is super friendly and accommodating to tenants, he is in the office 6 days a week from morning to sundown, making sure everythings always running smoothly.
