Orange Terrance Apt
February 24, 2026I’ve been living at Orange Terrace Apartments for 5 months and I’ve been really confortable in this space. The apartments are cozy -good for a single person or a couple. I live on the 3rd floor and I have not been bothered by excessive noise. I think the courtyard is pretty and well-maintained. We have a manager on-site who is very approachable and does his best to keep the facilities running as well as create little social events for the tenants to build community. My favorite thing is how ...pet-friendly the facility and tenants are; almost everyone has a pet. My biggest complaint is the parking. December 29, 2025I am a new tenant at this location and I just want to say that all the staff, especially Jonathan have been nothing but kind supportive and very helpful. The property is really well maintained. The actual apartment looks great. I was so impressed when I moved in it looks brand new as if no one ever lived there. Nothing but good things to say about this place!
February 25, 2025Ive been here for a little over a year now and i have no complaints about this place. First, the property manager Jonathan, is super friendly and accommodating to tenants, he is in the office 6 days a week from morning to sundown, making sure everythings always running smoothly. Secondly, maintainence request are easy to access and the response is fast, theres always a maintenance guy, Dimas making sure everything is cleaned and perfect, which is highly appreciated by us all.
