Management does not correctly fix issues and act as if you are a burden when something is wrong. Multiple complaints about the same issue with no resolve. They will instead have maintenance come and look at the problem but nothing is ever truly fixed and/or replaced. The new property management company, Madison Park, are rude and threaten the complex about anything and everything, especially Sarah. They market the apartment as “renovated” but please look past the newly painted walls and see that ...
every single appliance is the cheapest one that you can get. For the amount you are paying (be advised rent goes up EVERY single year as well) you can find much nicer apartments. The location is the best part of the complex and you will see people move out just as quickly as they move in.

I moved to Orchard about a year ago. I was really drawn to their beautiful hard wood floors, and large windows in the living room. The bedrooms aren't huge, but the rest of the unit is spaced out perfectly. I also love that the bedrooms aren't side by side so my roommate and I don't hear each other in our bedrooms. Since the building is basically right off Delaware Ave it takes me like 10 minutes to get into Albany! Which is amazing because I don't really fell isolated in the suburbs. Overall I ...
think this apartment rocks. Pretty easy management to deal with, all maintenance taken care of, and we get a garage!
