April 29, 2024My move in process was quick and easy! I had tremendous help from the property manager, Elizabeth. She listened to my needs and was able to find me the perfect unit ready to move in with great timing! The lease signing process was painless. There are some rules for the complex but they're not hard to follow and Elizabeth was helpful to make sure I was understanding of them. I have no complaints about this home, and it's such a cute, quiet community. Everyone I've come across has been so friendly ...and kind! So cozy!!
April 26, 2024I have been here almost 3 years and I absolutely love it for me and my children the school is in walking distance and the staff is amazing, any questions or concerns they are on it the office manager Liz is awesome she is always there for any of my questions, I really have enjoyed living here the building is quiet and my neighbors are fantastic!!! Stay Away!!!
June 5, 2022I broke my lease to get out of here. I lost thousands of dollars of personal property due to the frequent flooding of the parking lot (mainly tools in my garage) and rodents destroying my patio furniture. There were several times guests were unable to find parking due to the illegally parked cars and abandoned vehicles. My garage was blocked from getting in and out when they got around to plowing the snow. The hallways are filthy from years of grime and the carpeting has turned black. My ...apartment reeked of marijuana and cigarettes and I don't even smoke. Noisy neighbors kept me up at all hours of the night. The security door was jammed open so packages were always getting stolen. Some of the apartments in my building were over occupied which caused me to get roaches in my apartment. It would be weeks before housekeeping came. I reported vomit in the hallway and it was left there for over a week. In all the time I was living there, my dryer vents were never cleaned. I asked a neighbor when they would be cleaned and he said they never have in the five years he lived there. Garbage litters the hallways. I went 6 days without hot water because I was told "it was not an emergency". Many times when I went to the office it was opened late or closed early. Renter beware
March 22, 2022Any other apartment complex would be better than this one. They put the cheapest appliances, paint and flooring and when it breaks they try to blame and charge you. The entryway look like slum The hallways stink of cigarette. Tennis courts…haha. They are locked and have such huge cracks it’s not playable. The office is never available. Want to get second hand lung cancer? Asthma?
November 18, 2019The cigarette stench in the buildings are to die for, and I mean literally to die for. I’m convinced I will get lung cancer from all the cigarette smoke that comes into my unit. Do I smoke you ask? No, I do not but at this point it doesn’t matter because the smoker has the right to smoke in his unit and management knows the smoke goes into everyone else’s units do they care you ask? No! They do not! My neighbors and I have to apologize to guest before they even walk into the building because ...the smell is just horrible!! Don’t believe me? Come and smell it!! Dirty smelly buildings
November 13, 2019Building carpets are supposed to be brown but are almost black. Hallways are always smelly and dirty. Renters are allowed to smoke in their units so the common areas have a cigarette stench. It’s honestly nauseating!! Units are barely remodeled and if and when you call for maintenance they will use the cheapest materials possible to fix your unit. It’s clear this is all about the money and people are not their priority. One of my neighbors smokes expensively and the other neighbors and I ...can smell the smoke inside our own units it’s excessive and horrible!!! we’ve made several complaints but nothing happened. Apparently management is on with the smoker giving himself cancer and giving everyone else cancer too!!! Snow hardly ever gets cleaned completely so there’s always snow in the parking lot. Great Place To Raise A Family
September 7, 2015We've lived here for over 2 years and absolutely love it. Every unit has a washer/dryer, there is a tennis court, pool and fitness center. Closer to God!
July 23, 2015This is starting my 5th year in my 1- bedroom with a Den on the third floor and I. LOVE it! I have beautiful trees outside my balcony and windows which makes me feel like I live in the forest. Birds and cute squirrels visit daily adding to the wonderful" nature" feel of my apartment.
