I've lived at Orchard Park for almost 2 years. It wasn't terrible, especially considering the price of rent and location, however, property management does not care about their tenants. I made multiple complaints about not having anywhere to park because all of the spaces were taken. Management offered no solution. husband leaves for work, and then runs back into our apartment in a panic asking me where my car is at. I called the police, and sure enough, my car was towed. My husband and I were both late for work because the towing company didn't open until 9 AM. I had to pay $360 cash for a towing fee - mind you, the towing company is less than 2 miles away from the apartment, and they only had it for 2 hours, but I still had a $360 bill.
I went back to my leasing office to tell them that this was ridiculous, and I had complained multiple times about this, but they failed to offer a solution. There is not any other parking alternative. The apartment is right off of Page Ave, so it's not like off-street parking is available. The leasing office refused to take any kind of responsibility and blames it on too few spaces for each occupant to have more than 1 car. So, I'm being punished because my husband and I each have a car, yet there has been a disabled vehicle sitting in the lot since Christmas, but that certainly hasn't been towed yet!
I decided to email the management office directly. They just passed my email back to the leasing office because they DON'T CARE!
