I love living here, apartments are great, I use to live in building 2763, which was really great lived there for 2 years.......deciding to pick this place again, but I am up at Midnight.writing a review about joe disrespecrful my upstairs neighbor they are.vacuuming at 10:15pm, besides hearing every footstep this person takes, doing wash at Midnight......I get up at 2:30am for work.....If you choose to live here be very picky about what building you get into, check certain times of the day of who ...
your neighbotlr will be.
My opinion would be to get an apartments on the end, that way you only deal with the person above you.

I used to live there a few years ago, and the apartments are decent. Some good features are the washer/dryer in unit, and some units have their own private entrances. They are energy efficient too. Draw backs are sometimes you can get mice (I lived on the ground floor.) Also, the owner is not big on fixing anything that requires professional attention. And I wouldn't recommend pets, because it's a ripoff.

This building is located in a prime spot in the Springfield area. It is located close to downtown Springfield, the mall and shopping centers, and within blocks to some great eating areas! With some great amenities like an onsite gym, personal washer & dryer, and underground pool, it is the perfect spot for our family. The staff is very helpful and it has been a great place to live!
