Not safe.
February 26, 2019Multiple cars have been broken into. We came here because we were told it was a "gated community". The gate doesn't work and is always stuck open. Not a safe place for kids! We are looking to leave as soon as possible. Do not recommend.Property Manager Responded
June 24, 2019Hello, Your opinion and review is appreciated. Please know that in the past Orchard Place was a gated community but hasn't been for more that a year. Every effort is made to keep residents living at its best and its unfortunate when things of this nature happen. Thankfully, it is few and far in between that we experience this types of incidents. I have been here for 2.5 years and this is the first happening of this sort. Our team has been notified as well as the nightly Roving Patrol. Please reach out to the office if we can help further.

A treasure in Treasure Valley.
September 23, 2015Surrounded by Idaho mountain ranges, Orchard Place Apartments is a great value with pool, sauna, weight room, and homey wi-fi friendly club house. A meandering stream runs throughout the well-maintained common area and connects two large fish ponds framed by trees and green grass. It is the only apartment complex in the area that has a gated entrance, safe and secure. The apartments have open, well designed floor plans with plenty of sunshine and storage. Management and maintenance are friendly ...and quick to respond to your wishes.
