Guy in the office and answering the phone sounds like he’s miserable and doesn’t know/ doesn’t want to give out information about an apartment. Had to pull out information out of him to the point I wasn’t interested anymore considering this is what I would have to deal with if living there.

They need to work on their communication and their customer service. They are super nice in the beginning and get you approved fast. After leaving a deposit they forget about you, don’t answer your calls and they would take their time with a follow up. Waste of time!
