Poor communication/ service
July 3, 2023Guy in the office and answering the phone sounds like he’s miserable and doesn’t know/ doesn’t want to give out information about an apartment. Had to pull out information out of him to the point I wasn’t interested anymore considering this is what I would have to deal with if living there.Review from Apartments.com
Bad/slow communication
February 13, 2021They need to work on their communication and their customer service. They are super nice in the beginning and get you approved fast. After leaving a deposit they forget about you, don’t answer your calls and they would take their time with a follow up. Waste of time!Review from Apartments.com
