Additional storage is available and the security deposit is 1 month's rent. 1 dog or 2 cats are allowed. 100 lb. weight restriction for dog on 1st floor and 20 lb. weight restriction for dog on 2nd floor. No aggressive breeds allowed. The pet deposit is $200 + $60 one time, non-refundable fee for dog DNA registration and the monthly pet fee is $25. Residents pay electric (heat) and the property pays water and trash.

Great apartment!
May 18, 2021We loved the spacious apartment, heated garage, extra storage, laundry-in-unit and dog-friendly community. The landlord is very accessible and responsive to any needs or concerns. There is plenty of places to walk the dog and the apartment is just down the street from an adorable elementary school.Review from Apartments.com
