Top Notch Run Facility!

The office staff and maintenance crew are top notch. Best place I've lived in, hands down. This location runs the smoothest operating managing office and has the cleanest facility along with the most responsive and competent maintenance staff in the city. I cannot say enough about this team, they are simply a pleasure, and makes living here a truly peaceful experience.

Beautiful Property!

Had a tour with Chandra and was so impressed with this property. It was very clean and everyone was incredibly kind. Chandra walked us through multiple floor plans to help us find what would best meet our needs and she took her time to answer all of our questions!

Great experience

I had an amazing experience today. I didnt have an appointment and just wandered in, Chandra wasted no time greeting me and helping me with anything I needed. Offering water and being very courteous. She then broke down everything to me and showed me every amenity and the layout of the floor plan I wanted. She was really just amazing. She even let me play music to demonstrate how it would sound in my apartment. The apartments themselves are absolutely stunning. I was at a loss for words while ...
going through the tour, because growing up I never seen anything like that. 10/10 recommend!

Friendly staff

Great apartment complex and close to both DNT and the Sam Rayburn tollways making commuting easier . The building and grounds are well taken care of. I especially like the outdoor grills in the common areas that are well maintained. Bethany and her staff are always friendly.

A wonderful place to call home!

Origin was such a beautiful community to live in! The floor to ceiling windows and huge island were to die for. The staff (shoutout Bethany and Shandra!) were so wonderful and helpful and made everything so easy. The main fence staff is top notch. They would handle each request faster than any other complex I’ve lived in, and afterwards the staff would call to make sure everything was done to your liking. Loved living here, and would recommend it to anyone looking.

Great apartment complex!

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! Probably the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Since day 1, Bethany goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well. The leasing is always organizing cute activities to bring together the residents and build a sense of community. Maintenance is amazing as well, Carlos always takes care of things in a very timely manner. Lastly, they are super dog friendly! There is a private lil park for dogs which is nice to let them loose but there ...
is a really nice park right accross from the apartments. Highly recommend living here!
