It is a fine residence to live in. The rent is fair although it can jump from time to time. It might be 7 minutes driving to campus it is next to the Publix and Walmart which is really convenient

Since I’ve moved in here, so far I have loved it. I think the community is super nice, it’s clean and welcoming. The accommodations are also amazing and it’s not too loud. I definitely plan on staying here for when I finish school.

Very responsive staff. Any issue that has been addressed to my roommates and I have always been pleasant and respectful.
The location is probably the best in the UCF area, quiet and surrounding businesses that you can walk to are very nice for those who don't own a car.

Not a bad place, easy access to publix. Maintenance is usually here in time and usually get the job done. The pool and areas get cleaned daily.

I overall really enjoy the community. Location wise we’re close to everything and its relatively pretty. I enjoy the front office and how helpful and kind they are as well as their events for occupants. Amenities are nice, maintenance is quick and cordial.
