    They had the audacity to move me into an apartment with roaches, when I paid a $400 nonrefundable transfer fee. I really should’ve gotten money taken off my rent for an inhabitable living environment. Only one MAYBE two of their pools are cleaned and open during summer, I’ve wasted my money on washing a load of clothes bc their washer didn’t drain. They’re more worried about charging a trash fee for leaving a bag outside for a few hours rather than addressing a roach problem that someone has to ...

They didn’t have my new apartment ready on my move in date either, they tried charging me twice for something, they didn’t want me going to the office, they wanted to meet me to hand them a written note of what I paid and the date. (Probably to cover their own rear end) also their club house isn’t available to residents like they advertise.

  • Great place to live.

    Moved here 4 months ago and it's a great place to live. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartments in each building are divided by thick concrete walls which cut down a lot on noise and protects against fire. The grounds and the apartments are well maintained.

    I have lived in 3 different units here over the past 5 years. Started in a 1 BR, then moved to a 2 BR 1BA w/balcony, and now in a 2 BR 2BA w/WD connections. I've been lucky to have pretty decent neighbors at each apartment. Yes, there have been a few times they were loud later at night, but you are living in an apartment that is either above or below another person. I noticed a few of the reviews mentioned having roaches. Not a problem for me. One or two in the 2 BR 1 BA, but pest control ...
    came out and sprayed regularly. I have had no problems at all in my 2 BR 2 BA and it is on the bottom floor. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any problem I have called in - i.e. water leak from apartment above me. All in all, I am very satisfied with my apartment.

  • BEWARE OF THE ROACHES

    Even if you are someone that desperately need a place to stay I don’t recommend because the roaches are out of control! These apartments are seriously roach infested and out of date… and the managers in that office are very rude especially the assistant manager!!! If you are thinking about moving here I advise anyone to reconsider if you don’t wanna be chasing roaches all day…

    I lived there for almost two years. I had ended My lease cause of pregnancy but while the location of the complex is perfect. Its by everything and LSUS which is my school. IT IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!! No matter what you try to get rid of them IT DOES NOT WORK! Just keep this in mind while looking for a place to stay. If the roaches weren’t a problem I would still be living there.

    Should’ve known it was going to be an issue when the lady wouldn’t let me see my own apartment days before moving in & signing the lease. I have been having problems with roaches since day one I moved in here and quite frankly, it’s disgusting especially since I am a parent to a small child and I don’t want critters crawling on our things. I HATE roaches with a passion!! Even with pest control and attempting to resolve the problem myself and keeping my apartment spectacularly clean, they will ...

    I've lived at this complex for almost three years now. Besides the loud music that's blasted at night when people drive by and rude noisey neighbors, this complex isn't so bad. When there's a problem inside the apartment, maintenance comes right away. I always find spiders during the summertime which was annoying but the office staff always send the exterminator upon request. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I'll be moving from this conplex next month for school. ...
