Ongoing Pest Issues
March 21, 2025I have lived here for years and the pest (specifically mouse) have gotten worse. I have repeatedly found a mouse in my utility closet, and despite reporting this issue multiple times, the leasing office has failed to take any real action. This has been an ongoing problem, and it’s clear they don’t take tenant concerns seriously as there has been no preventative measures put in place to prevent this from occurring in the future. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of tentativeness from ...management and basic maintenance. Very Nasty Floors and Not Well Maintained
July 3, 2024In my opinion poor care of building resulting in very nasty hallway floors and not very pleasant hallways, lack of care for pets from neighbors and people leaving trash bags on the floor made this residence unlivable. Amenities are nice but they get trashed weekly , and seems like cleaning cant keep up.Property Manager Responded

Watch out for "fake" reviews from staff!
January 18, 2024This place is awful. Pool parties all the time during the summer with a DJ playing ratchet music. Fire alarms going off at all hours. Ants in community coffee machine, dirty gym, cars on bricks. They dont even tell us when crime happens! do not move here.Property Manager Responded

These reviews are lies.
July 28, 2023These reviews are false. You can tell by the dates. There is a big rodent issue. The pool is the selling point but you can only use it until the office close. They will move you in and tell you to write a review. They have been doing construction for the last two years. And will continue to do so which has caused cracks in our apartments and multiple issues due to the construction. I really wish this complex could go back to the way it was before they started building other buildings. Once they ...start on other properties they will forget about yours. Overall great place with great facilities and amenities
April 24, 2023I had a great time living here in the Orleans. It was never too noisy, nice gym, and awesome amenities. The leasing staff is great, especially Linh, they are always responsive in all things. Maintenance answers quickly and most maintenance request are done same day.
