Negligent management, small rooms
February 9, 2024The management of this property is TERRIBLE. When I tell people about what I had to deal with in this apartment they cannot believe it… I signed a year lease and literally only lived there for 3 months because of the terrible job management does… they do not respect your privacy and they are not prompt to fixing issues in the building. One room is bigger than the other in the 2-2 but they are both the same price… there is mold… they will try to wrongfully charge you for “cleaning violations”..Review from Apartments.com
Mold Issues and Poor Management
February 8, 2024Unfortunately, my experience at Otto Apartments has been nothing short of disappointing. Earlier this year, it became evident that there were serious issues with mold in the apartment, and despite multiple complaints, the management has been utterly negligent in addressing this issue. Living in an environment riddled with mold is not only unpleasant but also poses significant health risks. Despite raising concerns repeatedly to both the management and maintenance staff, nothing has been done to ...resolve the problem. It's disheartening to see such disregard for the well-being of tenants. Moreover, the management's response to maintenance requests and concerns has been abysmal. They seem more interested in brushing off issues rather than taking proactive steps to rectify them.
