Pros and Cons
October 22, 2025Like everything in life, Ovations on Meeker has pros and cons. The Good: the building is relatively new (2 years) with a variety of community rooms on the first floor as well as gated parking. Public areas are mostly clean and well maintained with management staff on property 6 days a week. Residents are generally friendly. The Not So Good: the elevators break down on a regular basis, the windows are low quality, there is no air conditioning above the first floor, there is constant loud ...noises from trains, and traffic plus the downtown area is not safe. Most annoying, the garage only has enough spots for half the units, and the parking spaces are tiny. What brilliant architect or contractor thought that seniors could squeeze into spaces that only allow a few inches between vehicles.Property Manager Responded

Noisy
August 10, 2024Trains are very loud day and night. Sirens from police, ambulance and fire truck. They use meeker st in front of apt for a short cut to other side of kent. Windows are very low quality, feel the cold air or hot air coming in. I have A neighbor who slams the door, all day and night. Shakes my apt door and wall decors. Beautiful Apartment
January 20, 2024This is like moving in to a brand newly built house. I was one of the first to move in and I'm so happy with my decision. I love my apartment, eveything works fine. It's a brand new building so you have to realize that there might be a qich here a d there but the appliance are top notch. There are solar pa els on the building to help keep the electric rates down. The set up for the outside amenities is great as is the others inside.
