Headed Down Hill Fast
May 3, 2023There are a ton of problems with this place seems like management doesn’t care. The gate hasn’t worked since February. Tons of people ignore the 40lb dog rule expect to see plenty of pits running around. People throw their trash between buildings it doesn’t get picked up for weeks loose dogs rummage through it and scatter it around. Good luck trying to contact management I encourage any future resident to try getting them on the phone two times in a row it’s impossible. they are always out of the ...office lunch and the office phone goes to voicemail. Would avoid. On the not so negative side the apartments are ok but not nice and most but not all people respect the quiet hours.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Communication
July 12, 2022never actually rented, tried to and the application process wasn't on par in the slightest. If you know what prerequisites a possible tenant would need to have to be approved for your facility, then you need to make that known to someone applying to rent from you. Exceptional
February 8, 2021My Experience: I've lived here for at least 6 years. As such, I've seen management come and go. Currently, we have new management, and I have not yet had enough experience to speak on their behalf. Yet, after a couple months under their management, I have no complaints and am anticipating a pleasant experience. However, as much of the previous staff was retained, I can speak to their strengths. This staff has been more than considerate and exceptional in maintaining the property, as well as in ...handling various issues (i.e., maintenance/repairs)! My little girl has been through chemo and has had some related health issues over the past couple of years or so. During this time period, staff has been responsive and sensitive to our specific situation. They have invested the time in getting to know us by name and in making us feel valued...like family! They have been warm and welcoming, often paying attention to small details. We feel at home here and invite you to give them a try as well. In the spirit of providing an honest and, thus, trustworthy review, dog poop is also a concern of mine as my daughter enjoys playing outside. Yet, I agree that this is a small, resolvable matter (there is a designated dog park area and litter bag stations across the property) and that the benefits of living here outweigh the costs!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Dog Poop Every where
June 30, 2020Great place to live just don't let your children play in the grass. 80% of the residents of dogs and they let them poop everywhere. Even the sidewalk.Property Manager Responded

If you’d please let us know which building and apartment, if possible, that is not following the pet policy it would greatly help our team. October 16, 2019Great front office staff and maintenance crew. Moved in recently and had a small maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly! Complex is very nice with several amenities including gas grills under a new pavilion.Property Manager Responded

Outstanding Staff & Great Community
October 16, 2019The staff at Overbrook are outstanding. I had to make a last minute decision to remove another person from the lease and change from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom, causing an earlier move-in date. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they made sure I had everything I needed and even checked up on me after moving in. Home away from home
July 14, 2018My daughter has to relocate out of state to Little Rock due to furthering her education. The entire process from the first contact with Ms. Sheree at Overbrook to the tour m, and actual moving into Overbrook has been a very easy process. The customer service is great. Sheree has helped us tremendously. Everyone we met in the office was very friendly and professional. The grounds looked great and were clean. My daughter's apartment is beautiful, clean and spacious. We are very satisfied and ...grateful with moving into Overbrook apt. I thank Ms Sheree and the staff for helping to ease a worried mother's heart and they have given my daughter and I peace with this out of state relocate.
