May 9, 2023Lived here for 2 years the leasing management are nice and if something messes up in your unit the maintenance guys will come fix it the very next day these are affordable apartments nice looking on the inside but built extremely weird the walls are super thin and you can hear literally everything your neighbors are doing and the master room are extremely small need to be renovated other than that these apartments was nice for my first oneReview from Apartments.com

March 7, 2022Don't waste your time here!! Management is very rude and don't like for you to come to them for any complaints. They act like your lying when you try to report issues. People are dealing out their apartment and bringing traffic in all night long. People have two to three cars parked up front, and when you report it, your told there's no assign parking when they know it's wrong. Nice place to live
March 3, 2019I moved here in January and the people, and staff here are very friendly your neighbors are friendly it's not too loud it's mostly quiet there is some loud music every now and then and some of the vehicles are loud also but outside of that it's a really nice place to live maintenance is very quick to fix whatever is broken and the property is kept up pretty well.Property Manager Responded

Leasing management rude and unprofessional
July 22, 2018I referred someone to rent from this property on today because I previously live on the property and It was a nice place to live. It’s a different group of people working in the leasing office from when I live on the property. So I meet my friends that I referred outside of the leasing office the guy working inside the leasing came outside the leasing office asking why we was standing outside his leasing office. He was very rude and unprofessional and told us we needed to leave because he had ...told my friends that I referred that wasn’t no apartment available and that we didn’t have the right to be standing outside the leasing office talking. I ask the guy his name he refuse, he told me he would just call his supervisor, I spoke with the supervisor who was also very rude and unprofessional. August 8, 2017My first at Overlook Gardens, I was welcomed by great staff they offered refreshments gave me a tour. They have a gated community the floor plan i toured was very clean.
