The location and building is great. However, the management has been regularly absent and incompetent. If you're considering living in the building, do your research by stopping a resident to ask them about their experience living in the building and their opinion of management.

Nona in the leasing office was second to none. She took care of me *and* she took care of existing tenants...while making each of us feel like we were the only people in the office. There are a LOT of new apartments in Portland. Few of them, though, have such a strong combination of location, amenities, and customer service. - Overlook Park is definitely worth a look.
