It's OK
January 28, 2021The place is cute, but walls are thin. Every time someone walks above us it sounds like they are stomping around. If they run any type of water we can hear it loudly through the walls as well. Also, don't leave anything valuable unlocked on the patio (un fenced). Someone stole my bike. Its my fault for not locking it to a post or something, but still not cool knowing we live around thieves. I've heard cars get broken into here as well, so hopefully that doesn't happen. If you have pets, place is ...dog friendly but you have to race them off the property to do their business. Love my apartment!
February 18, 2020I have been living here a while and am enjoying it a lot! It's located near many shopping places so I don't have to go too far out of the way for all my grocery needs, it's near I-5 so I don't have to go too far to access the free way like I had to with my last place. One of the nicer things about this place is the lay out. The rooms are nicely sized for my family, the paint is bright and cheerful, makes it look very open! I really appreciate the management as well. She is quick to respond ...to my e-mails when I had some concerns (I had a problem with my toilet making noises and she kept me in the loop about that until it was able to be fixed). I see her out picking up the grounds often too. My last place I hardly saw the manager do anything and the grounds were littered with garbage and dog poop. I didn't really like to go outside. The manager has been very friendly and accommodating to my family. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone looking!Property Manager Responded

Awful management
January 26, 2020Would not recommend. The new management here is awful. She ignores tenants requests for repairs, is rude and unfriendly. Sends extremely unprofessional texts if your kids are being loud or your dog barks. I’ve never heard of an apartment leasing manager sending texts to shut your dog up until her. I hope the apartment above her floods and leaks into her home on a Saturday so she has to wait all weekend for assistance just like the tenants when there is an emergency.Property Manager Responded
February 18, 2020I am sorry to hear about your bad experience! Service requests are handled in a timely manner and we do provide an after-hours emergency service for emergency service request. All non-emergency requests are resolved during the week in a timely manner by our professional service staff and typically take no longer than a day to resolve provided we do not have to order parts or appliances to resolve the problem. Text messaging is the most requested way of contacting tenants who work during the day and are unable to take calls. We do try to reach out to our tenants in the event that the peaceful enjoyment of their neighbors is disrupted so they are made aware of the problem and a peaceful resolution can be found. We thank you for your input!

Noise
May 17, 2016The place itself is in decent shape. However, the walls are thin, the residents are disrespectful, and it's not worth the price. I lived in the apartments in 2012 and recently visited a friend who lives in them who is miserable! She signed a lease being told issues with children playing in the parking lot and climbing on cars would be addressed - she shared this has improved since she first told and continued to address the issue with the apartment manager 5 months ago. People also smoke a lot ...throughout the complex - although the apartments themselves are smoke free you see people standing outside in their pajamas smoking when you drive in.
