I am very pleased with my time here at the Overlook. The maintenance guys work so hard and are always kind and supportive. The office gals are super friendly and eager to help. It is really Complicated for such a small staff to deal with so much. I have been here for 10 years and wouldn't change a thing. The integrity and hard work are deserving of great accolades. Great service! I was home and was able to be shown how to move my blinds back so is not to tear the blinds up at the top! I was also provided another dryer and it’s working amazingly well it doesn’t take 2 1/2 hours to draw a small load! The gentleman was so polite and kind!

It’s okay The ground are very nice and the apartments are extremely spacious, but there always seems to be some maintenance issue happening in our apartment. Most are address quickly and efficiently, but the constant maintenance issues can get annoying.

NEED TO CONSOLIDATE VISITS I don't have bad experience as much as an opinion. The constant home visits back to back. All separate needs. I have a pet that her health is greatly affected by stress. And random people showing up every other day once for pests, another for the filter, another for something else. It affects her a lot, i have to take her to the vet a lot after wards as her stress causes her to stop eating. I would appreciate consolidated visits so everything can get done at once. So i ...
