We moved here less than a week ago and the problems that have came about go on and on. When touring the unit I told them I needed a move in day of 5/31 or sooner (we toured 5/6) given that’s when my current lease ended, and we were told that wouldn’t be a problem. Through the waiting period of trying to get approved, management lacked communication terribly. The date when my lease was to end was coming sooner and sooner and there was still no progress with the approval process. There was one ...
correction that was needed, needed because the form was not explained properly. After the initial correction, that came back needing another one, which we didn’t know about until we called for an update and their lack of communication. Once everything was approved (which was the 2nd of June, leaving us in a hotel for 3 days) we moved into our unit that stayed between 87-90 degrees and had no working AC. Friday, Hours After filing a maintenance order and requesting immediate help, I called the office to see what the problem was and if they had any solutions to offer and they told me I couldn’t get any type of help till that following Monday. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anybody and wouldn’t be here myself if I had the funds to break my lease.
