I have been here for about two weeks and so far I am very happy with my choice to live here. The building is very secure and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Location, cleanliness, anmen and safety were my top priorities in my search and on those points I can say I have no notes!

We relocated from NYC to West Palm and are so very pleased we selected the Oversea Apartment Building. As city people we were concerned about moving out of a busy city to a smaller town. The property location is ideal for people wanted to be out and about and able to walk to stores and markets! With quick access to the bridges to get out to Palm Beach proper. Perfect location!
