March 13, 2023Management is very inefficient and ineffective. It took several weeks to renew my lease. And even after it was finally renewed, the wrong monthly rate was included in my portal. After several requests to correct the monthly rent, all I got were excuses about "glitches" without any correction. Similarly, there are several dictatorial emails sent out each week, many with poor grammar and are otherwise unclear. And all are accusational and defensive rather than helpful or productive in anyway. For ...example, the package room was run terribly. Items were lost. The equipment used to categorize the packages was inadequate. And the system was confusing to both delivery personnel, residents and, apparently, management. They switched to a new program but refused to help residents get any remaining packages that were miscategorized or that were inadvertently sent using the old system - and many indignant emails were sent around characterizing these problems as the resident's fault. Those emails threatened consequences but never offered any solutions. It's very disappointing considering the Oversea is advertised as a "luxury apartment" and rent is very high.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful intracoastal views from the roof and many units. Amazing building amenities, laundry in unit and parking. Not near the loud trains.
