Mostly downs, but good price
September 11, 2015The outlets hardly work. The double outlets will usually only have one of them that works, and one that doesn't. And they are loose as well. The building is in a quieter area, though. And in walking distance from grocery, gym, restaurants, post office, and downtown, which is great! You will save on gas in that aspect. But for the price, it is a good deal. It is very spacious compared to other apartments going for the same rate. The building looks a little run down and dirty, but it is not so ...inside the units. The security of the apartment isn't that great, because the door isn't as secure. And many times you will run out of hot water if anyone else in the building is using it.
