August 22, 2025In our almost 2 years here we have had no issues or problems other than a small issue with the dryer that was solved in 4 minutes.it has been very quiet here and the staff from the house keeping maintenance and management have always been professional and courteous.after living in a house for 42 years there was a lot of anxiety about moving into an apartment but can only speak about here this has been an excellent choice.Review from Apartments.com

July 5, 2025I still enjoy my place. Air-conditioning is broken on the third floor for weeks. They are trying to fix it. Still get water smell in my faucet. They keep taking away activities. We need more activities in the evening and on the weekend for people who work. It’s supposed to be an active community, but we’re getting more and more elderly Who are not being active. July 1, 2025I have nothing but praise for Overture Centennial. The location couldn't be better. We are steps away from beautiful Dix Park and within walking distance of Theatre in the Park and all NC State sports events held on campus. A large shopping area including a Harris Teeter supermarket is just a couple of miles away. Volunteer work is nearby- Meals on Wheels is located in Dix Park. The Catholic Cathedral is up the hill. Overture Centennial is just a few years old and is kept in excellent condition ...by the cleaning and maintenance staffs.
