April 16, 2026This resident community is a great place to live. There are fitness classes six days a week and a small workout center to workout on your own. The activities are many and a good variety so residents can choose what fits their interests.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2026I’ve been here close to nine months and I can’t say that I’ve made any new friends. I have attended a lot of activities, but the table arrangements are pretty well set. People are “friendly“ but I don’t think I will ever make friends here. I think you need to do a better job of welcoming new people, or at least having a newcomers table so that we can meet each other and not compete with groups that have been around for years. For example, I’ve told both groups that I would like to play mah-jongg ...and it’s pretty clear they don’t want a newcomer. That’s not the way mah-jongg usually works. Especially when it’s a part of an activity that’s listed in the newsletter.Property Manager Responded
