For 5 of the 7 years I"ave lived here the pool heater has not functioned properly. It is wither not fixed at all or fixed in late July. When the water gets warm the heater is then turned off. The fireplace has not worked in 4 years. Wallpaper is peeling off walls. Leaks in the ceiling of apartments are painted over but not fixed. The management is not responsive to residents.

I thoroughly enjoy all of the staff and they’re smiling and positive faces!! Their team effort shows commitment to their job. Housekeeping isn’t always recognized along with the rest of the staff, and they should be complimented as well!

I found a new family! Love starting up a conversation with new people. (New to me). For me it’s a new chapter in my life. Things I thought would never be fun are , Bingo, and sitting out by the pool are fun and relaxing

Staff is improved. more activities have been added. Exercise classes are challenging which is good for seniors. Pool is now opened. Breakfasts are looked forward to with addition of bagels added
