October 9, 2025Overature Crabtree is ideally located near shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and recreational areas. The apartments are available in a varity of sizes and floor plans. They are bright and modern with ceramic tile baths and marble counter tops, and in unit full size washers and dryers. Pricing is reasonable for the accommodations and amenities. September 22, 2025Overall I loved the time spent as a resident. The only concern I have would be the lack of sound barrier between apartments. My newest neighbor below me always made comments about the times I went to the bathroom during the night or how she would be awakened by my morning routines. Other than that I always felt safe, maintenance was always prompt and the communication from the staff was great.Property Manager Responded
