October 20, 2025We have such a great manager. I emailed Elton about an issue and he responded within an hour with a thoughtful and very well written answer. What a good communicator he is. June 6, 2025My wife and I have now lived at overture fair ridge for a little over a month. Neither of us can say enough about this place in terms of the current staff members, the people, location and amenities. Great staff
March 19, 2025I have lived here for nearly 6 years. Our assistant manager, Elton, and Mariela who does almost everything, are outstanding. We will miss our current manager. Amanda, but both Elton and Mariela are able and poised to move up into higher roles. December 29, 2024Good community to live with seniors of generally the same age. Serving Continental breakfast on every Wednesday is good complement for the resident community. July 31, 2024I’ve lived in Overture @fair Ridge for about 6years and have found it to be a well run well kept community. The staff is friendly, there are always events and affairs going on. Transportation to various places, for shopping and entertainment etc. I would recommend it to any senior who’s in the market for housing!!Property Manager Responded

Amazing facilities
May 31, 2023Overture Fair Ridge is where active seniors can find a way of life. There are so many activities every month. There are clubs, like the Garden Club, Movie Club, and the Arts & Entertainment Club. The Lifestyle Coordinator is doing her best to make sure the residents are having the best time there. Living the good life
May 19, 2023I moved here from FL to be near my family, and I looked at several properties, and when I came to Overture, I liked everything I saw and decided this is it. I like the facility, the staff, the location is perfect and it's near my family, so it's been very very good for me.
