January 18, 2026Overture is a convenient place to live. The community is well managed and offers a good value for the money. There is an above average number of activities and social events provided for the community. Public areas of the community are beautiful and well maintained. Our office is open on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on Sundays and select holidays. October 20, 2025We have such a great manager. I emailed Elton about an issue and he responded within an hour with a thoughtful and very well written answer. What a good communicator he is. June 6, 2025My wife and I have now lived at overture fair ridge for a little over a month. Neither of us can say enough about this place in terms of the current staff members, the people, location and amenities. Great staff
March 19, 2025I have lived here for nearly 6 years. Our assistant manager, Elton, and Mariela who does almost everything, are outstanding. We will miss our current manager. Amanda, but both Elton and Mariela are able and poised to move up into higher roles. December 29, 2024Good community to live with seniors of generally the same age. Serving Continental breakfast on every Wednesday is good complement for the resident community. July 31, 2024I’ve lived in Overture @fair Ridge for about 6years and have found it to be a well run well kept community. The staff is friendly, there are always events and affairs going on. Transportation to various places, for shopping and entertainment etc. I would recommend it to any senior who’s in the market for housing!!Property Manager Responded
