December 10, 2025I have lived at Overture 55 in Greenville, SC for over 4 years and love it!! There have been times when I’ve felt that it has lost the staff run functions and is mostly resident run now, even though our rent keeps going up. The staff is great.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2025Maintenance is first class! Woke up to no heat on Friday after Thanksgiving. I checked breaker to see if that was problem. I went to resident portal and requested service. Within an hour our friendly Maintenance guy was at the door. He reset thermostat and waited to make sure the unit was going to cycle thru and work properly. I appreciate that he was so fast and efficient with service even on his holiday time off.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2025Overture Greenville has been my home since it opened in 2020. It is a beautiful and lovely community. The residents are warm, friendly and like family. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help with a smile on their face. We have a nice variety of scheduled activities and events to help keep us active. We have an equipped gym and exercise classes which include yoga, aerobics, etc. The heated pool is a definite plus.Property Manager Responded

As one might expect, not every activity is for every person but there is a selection to choose from.
