October 6, 2025In all honesty, Overture should be listed as over 85 not 55. For me and I’m old there are too many old people in this building with walkers, wheelchairs, canes, etc., etc. The best part about living in Overture is the excellent staff you have at present.Property Manager Responded

Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, banks, grocery stores and every conceivable kind of restaurant are a skip-and-a-hop away. The hallways are wide and airy and well lit with seating nearby.
