    Overall living for me is comfortable. I think the Happy Hour Fridays should go back to Overture supplying the treats!!! Hopefully soon we have enough support with experience in the offices downstairs to manage this property.

    Since moving to Overture North Scottsdale October 15, 2024, I continue to be pleased with my decision. Overture is well-managed, professional staff are consistently eager to provide assistance for residents. Overture North Scottsdale offers a quiet and pleasant environment; a variety of activities for residents; amenities are excellent and the property-at-large is well-maintained and cared for.@
