    I have now lived at Overture for three years. I couldn’t be happier. First, the place is gorgeous. I love my apartment - big kitchen - the resident community is friendly, inclusive - really my new family. Yep, I’m totally brainwashed. Love this place.

    Overture has good amenities: Several seating areas to interact with guests; Continental Breakfast on MWF; Thursday 's Mix/mingle with a meal; Coffee & Hot Chocolate 24/7 (different flavors); Amazon Hub for (mail & deliveries); Theater room.. movies Wed & Sat; Activities: balance/strength, T Chi, dance, yoga, art room and my favorite, a library.

    We’re living at the Overture for over a year and we’re very happy here. Love sitting by the pool and the wonderful exercise programs. Our guests find the building well kept and it looks upscale. We would recommend living here.

    The building is great and the community is wonderful. However, building cleanliness has degraded dramatically over the past year or so and management has shown no interest in addressing the problem. I would certainly not recommend the building to any perspective tenants at this time.
